My Story
I’m Mathilde,
Owner of Awaken and psycho energetic therapist.
Since my teenage years, my body had been speaking to me… but no one understood its language.
Strange sensations, unexplained symptoms, a fatigue that never lifted. I searched for answers, but medical tests always came back “normal.”
It wasn’t until I explored energy healing, spiritual journeys, and deep inner work that I realized: my body wasn’t broken: it was carrying invisible signals, emotional residues, and energetic imprints.
Today, I’ve created the AWAKEN Method to help other women decode those messages, release energetic blocks, and reclaim clarity, grounding, and full vitality.
